Special ActivitieS PLANNED for 2026

We are pleased to announce several new and returning activities for the 2026 Hollin Hills House + Garden Tour:

  • Diverse Homes and Designs

This year’s tour showcases the incredible range of Mid-Century Modern living in Hollin Hills. From beautifully preserved original floorplans to thoughtfully expanded and modernized renovations, each home tells a unique story of design evolution while staying true to the neighborhood’s iconic aesthetic.

  • Living History

Step back in time with one special home offering a “living history” experience. The home will feature artifacts and photos from original residents and the Hollin Hills archives. Residents who grew up in Hollin Hills through the decades will share stories of life in Hollin Hills from its inception.

  • Shuttle Bus Service

To ease traffic and create as safe an environment as possible, we’ve partnered with Old Town Trolley to offer continuous shuttle bus service along the tour route throughout the day. Guests are invited to park in one of the designated shuttle parking lots marked in the program. Pickup and drop off locations along the route also are marked and are located near clusters of homes on the tour.

Limited Edition Commemorative Tour Poster

It features various models of Hollin Hills homes. Prints are available for pre-order through the ticket portal for pick-up at registration on the day of the tour, and will be available for purchase at the registration desk.
